You know, I'll say this: it's really frustrating to see someone like Webb come out and play so well, when we have a similar player in Armanti Edwards (who actually had the better college career). I don't care that we drafted him as a wide receiver, the season has been lost for quite some time and Clausen has played so horribly that it could not hurt to start Armanti or, at the very least, let him run the Mountaineer package a few times a game.

Damn, i was just about to post this. I wouldn't say I'd necessarily want Webb on the Panthers for the long term, but in a small sample size he has looked good. Then again, he has AD, Rice, Harvin, Shiancoe, and even Bernard Berrian thrown in there. In a year where Jon Kitna and Ryan Fitzpatrick are having good seasons, I don't know what to think.

Clausen is a man among boys, and a boys among men. Maybe if he grows up he will be a decent QB, but it seems to me that he is not ready to lead an NFL offense at this moment.
