SF is obviously higher profile but a smart coach is going to ignore such things and go with the better franchise. Winning in SF would bring more glory and ESPN hype but winning here should be easier in the long run.

When you are making millions you don't necessarily base your decision on taxes, COL, weather or where you are now. Harbaugh will be sleeping on the couch at Panthers Stadium and on the road a good portion of the year anyway. Winning or losing will determine his happiness and sucess
