I think Mallet would be a good pick for the Panthers if Luck stays in school. I don't see anything in Locker but another Clausen. You guys don't think you might be bailing on Clausen to soon??? Is this guy that bad because he is a rookie and he might just need some time to grow.

I'd sign Marc Bulger, and have him and Clausen be the top QBs. Then, Luck in '12. Or, Newton this year. No complaints there.

Ugh same poo every year. There's only one answer to this question - B P fuging A. I haven't looked into all the prospects yet so I couldn't tell you who I want myself, but I am definitely against the drafting for position mentality. Let me remind you that Clausen was rated as a top 10 prospect last year. By that logic, you would want to draft him again just because he's a talented QB. Let's slow down here, if we can get a top QB, fantastic, but if the best thing we have there is an overrated SOB that just happens to be at that position, I'll pass. This is the 1st overall pick, there's a lot at stake here. If we get it wrong, we're gonna be set back for 5 years when our team has enough talent to rebound this year. Please, don't get married to a position.
