Graham and Nolan or DT1 and DT2 respectively in the class. Harmon is DT5.

I know. It's why I said I like him for us and I wasn't very high on the other two. Never said he was better or was going in front of the others.

Judging by the work they've put in on those 2 I firmly believe they are hoping to grab 1 of them in the 1st. How they do that is anyone's guess.

TMac and Graham have suffered from prospect fatigue more than anyone else in this class so not surprised.

I don't care what the mock crowd thinks. I only check in to see which way it blows from time to time.

"Tet didn't like to work out," McShay said when giving his opinion of the 22-year-old, "or practice hard unless a scout was in attendance."

McMillan, though, couldn't have disagreed with the assessment more when we chatted with him while he was out at a Raising Cane's truck in Green Bay ... telling us McShay and the rest of his detractors are "trippin'."

If I was arguing for my career reputation I think I would be a touch more articulate then saying folks are "tripping". But thats just me

Well they did poorly last year so it wouldn't be a surprise. They also belive the SS they signed is worth that money. I just think we can get dline later and there is better talent to value if stuck at 8. Hell take Golden.

That's probably too high for Golden but I would not be against it. Unfortunately I think they are committed to going defense on day 1.

I'd take him over the DTs or Walker. I like Walkers upside but show me a project this crew has made into a stud and I'll love it. Ez too. Everyone is going early in the top 15 lol

You may not be aware of this but Nolan is the best defensive player not named Hunter and Carter for what it's worth.

    • Thank you for literally proving my point in so much detail.  Which of those QB's you listed did not go on to be serviceable? Yes, there are a ton of variables that make comparisons less valuable in a lot of way but the whole point is can a pro QB overcome a bad or horrible start.  I'm sorry if you think 3 games more in his first year and 3 less in his 2nd somehow makes the Brees comparison not relevant.  That is blantently disingenuous and makes having real discussions a pain the butt.  We're comparing "similar" bad situations and bad QB play early in a players career. Some of the stats, like games won are lower for Bryce but still comparable.  Other stats like interceptions are in Bryce's favor, ie 19 for Bryce over 2 years and 31 for Brees.   Maybe we are not answering the same question. George stated "Show me anyone who has been as bad as Bryce through 30 games and turned into a serviceable player much less a star." I could have just said, Maddox and Young and proven his statement wasn't factual.  It's the over the top pearl clutching and hyperbolic statements that make my eye twitch.
