Insomnia.

gotta train your mind to wind down. the computer is awful for insomnia. too much stimuli(dont read to far into that).

if you can, have a couple of days a week where 10 or so you log off. go read a book or whatever to just chill and let your brain slooow down.

this will allow a smoother transistion to REM II and thus deeper sleep.

of course pay attention to what you eat/drink and when as well as stress.

I had insomnia 3 years ago... I drink 6-12 cups of coffee a day and it did it. I quit coffee and two weeks later I slept like a baby. Now I drink no more than 6 cups a day. Insomnia can be a bitch and I would suggest to see a doctor. I had insomnia for over a month... it was terrible. Btw, sleeping medicine like Ambien wont do poo, those drugs will make you even more sleep deprived...

I ran through insomnia my freshman year of college. I had to learn to want and enjoy sleep, not get nervous or uncomfortable when that unbearble time came when i needed to go to sleep. At first I began sleeping 2-3 hrs a night on the best nights. But as I got better at that number increased to 4 hrs one week, 5 the next till now I am back to the way I slept all my life before college. I am sensitive to the topic cause it really sucks to be awake all night and exhausted.

    • Ehhhh except a lot of it was his refusal in college not to play hero ball.....  The two things he greatly improved at the NFL level were his accuracy on the run and learning he didn't have to take the deep shot every play.   That said when taking a massive boom or bust athlete at QB the most important thing is their work ethic/coachability/desire to improve

    • The new (released today) FOX ONE app will allow you access to watch your Local FOX Station - similar to how the Paramount Plus app allows you access to watch your local CBS station It'll cost you $20/month for the privilege, but if you're having trouble accessing the over-the-air antenna for FOX, this could be an option to consider the new ESPN app will give you access to ESPN content, but not to the local ABC affiliate. A reminder: if you currently get ESPN via some TV provider (cable, satellite, youtube, etc) then you should be able to use the new ESPN app via your provider login, no additional payment required
