It's not over yet. It was such a lopsided trade to begin with that anything short of him being a top 10 qb is a loss for the Panthers.

I really don't think Caleb Williams is that guy.  He doesn't strike me as a leader, but to be fair, Bryce didn't come off that way at first.  However, the DNA of each player couldn't be more different.  I see Williams caring much more about how he looks rather than how he plays.  Bryce, to me, looks more like a teammate and culture builder.

Caleb has a MUCH better surrounding cast than BY and it isn't even close.  If Williams isn't the reason the Bears win more games, Panthers win.  Bryce is on the come up and there is no debate.
