fugin gross, but expected.  I genuinely hate everything about this pick.  We can throw around all these intangible adjectives that don’t mean poo, but if you can’t fuging move with athletes in the pros, you aren’t gonna cut it.  Shooter or not.

Per ESPN's Shams Charania, the Charlotte Hornets traded Williams to the Phoenix Suns for the No. 29 pick in Wednesday's draft and a 2029 first-rounder. Charania added that the 2029 first-round pick will be the least favorable of Cleveland, Utah, and Minnesota's picks and will be top-five protected.

Basically gave him away lol

I think he is due an extension and no way we where paying him

You can’t convince me this franchise doesn’t exist just to be a feeder for the rest of the league. They just bend over and take it at every turn.

It really does feel that way.  It’s eerie how much we help other teams.

Seriously, WTF is wrong with this front office?  Now, we have no C and drafted another role player in the lottery.

You don’t have to be convinced of a fact.  I think maybe it’s just a form of passive income for the owners and they get some tax write offs, then the money just makes itself…  i think they are in complete agreement and are complicit in facilitating talent to other teams as the league office or franchise hierarchy dictates.  It’s clear we haven’t been trying to win for a long time.

You know the Mark Williams trade would make a lot more sense if we had someone like, say, Jalen Duren on the roster as well. When it’s all said and done we’ll have traded Mark Williams and Jalen Duren for Nick Smith Jr. and 6 d league players. Somebody needs to tell the Hornets that collecting a bunch of d league players won’t cause them to Voltron into lottery picks.

We’ve got a sign around our necks “will trade lottery picks for all your most worthless picks”

    • I don't do locks lol. I just bet +1000 and up and can hit at a decent rate. Combine ml winners and team shots on target. Do better in champions league than anything else
    • Did not expect this from national media. https://www.foxsports.com/stories/nfl/10-best-nfl-defenses-2026-texans-seahawks-broncos 10. Carolina Panthers   Key additions: OLB Jaelan Phillips (FA), LB Devin Lloyd (FA), DT Lee Hunter (draft) Key losses: DT A’Shawn Robinson (FA) Don’t be surprised to see the Panthers, who ranked 15th in points allowed and 16th in yards given up last season, make the leap into the top-10 conversation in 2026.  They added two of the marquee defensive free agents in edge rusher Jaelan Phillips and linebacker Devin Lloyd. Cornerback Jaycee Horn is coming off back-to-back Pro Bowl seasons. Carolina lost starting defensive tackle A’Shawn Robinson in free agency but essentially replaced him with second-round pick Lee Hunter, who had 10.5 tackles for loss at Texas Tech last season.  Ejiro Evero, one of the NFL’s most respected defensive coordinators, has plenty of talent to work with.
    • unless you have a bonafide superstar at Qb you bring in competition every year until you do & or at the very least you want a legitimate plan B in case of an injury .the problem in Carolina is they know Bryce ayoung most likely could not actually win a real legitimate NFL Qb competition right now & if & when he did not win that aforesaid Qb competition it would not only be a major distraction but a setback to his overall development.& moreover once the fans realized they had a much better Qb on the roster it would be alot of public pressure to start the better Qb  ...just saying
