As I pointed out in another thread, run grades are not simply based upon statistical production---even the running part. They look at expectations based upon how well the line and other skill players blocked for you as well on each play. The O-line has been blocking extremely well making things a lot easier for RBs.

And that's a great grade by the way.

I know it's a great grade, and I get how PFF does their grading, that's why I had said "still" in there, as in "despite that being a great grade it still feels low given his production and how he did it".

All three of the TE’s are playing well. I wonder if they will keep all four on the roster when JaTavion comes back.

Yea, his pass pro has been rough. Makes me wonder if that's why we're seeing Deejay Dallas as much as we are.

Fortunately, Rico's also been running angry as Hell and has more than made up for it with his production on the ground!

Yes, it was another amazing  career day for Rico, but what makes me even more optimistic for the Panthers going forward was the unbelievably improved play from our middle linebackers, Wallace and Rozeboom!! These guys had been our most glaring liability prior to playing the Cowgirls, let's hope they can continue to play well.

Some of these grades are inevitably inexplicable. In his case I am guessing the lateral may have pissed someone off. 

I think they really need to revamp their criteria for running backs. That is lower than last week for the game’s MVP. 
 

It seems as if the OL doing their jobs (which they did very well) takes away from a RB killing it. That is not right IMO.

I agree, but I also think coaches take a little while to determine what position is best for a specific player.  Regarding Wallace, he started this year with 11 games under his belt, so it might have taken the staff a little while to determine where he is best.

I really don’t understand the turnaround of Wallace and Rozeboom after they swapped roles. 
 

Like can Rozeboom just not think and just hits stuff or is Wallace just damn good at calling defenses.

In his case, based off of last year, more like how they could best work around him.
But he is finally getting it in forward gear a little. Glad to see it.

IIRC one of the reasons the took him was they thought he had a brain in his head. And he was a captain in school which indicates some leadership qualities, ie a certain amount of intelligence.
