I get what you're saying, but you kinda prove my point by saying "overlook it"

Which means in reality, you agree with what I'm saying but are just upset at me for not being able to ignore it and "just be happy" because we won.

You guys see a win where we still don't look good.

I see it as a win that gives me no actual increased hope for the future because I didn't see anything that makes me think we're actually improving as a team.

I don't want to celebrate an 8-9 season where we end the season with more questions about our future than answers.

Would you extend Bryce right now?

Would you give Canales a contract extension?

I said it before the season started, I cared about one thing this year (or two depending if you view them together or separate).  I wanted to see Bryce and Canales improve at their respective jobs, and I haven't seen that out of either of them, let alone enough improvement to want to keep them around long term.

And that is why games like today frustrate me more than I can celebrate a win.  Because I don't see how they're actually setting us up for future success, and that concerns the hell out of me.

I was not really upset with you, just annoyed a little and not in the mood 10 minutes after a win. That was pretty a good win.
You may have noticed my tone was a little different with someone I Was upset with lol.

I think we do too we should most definitely keep him around

He had you guys ready to play us. I really think that turnover in the 1st quarter when we were driving in the red zone swung the momentum your way. You guys were fired up after that. That missed FG did us in as we could have went to overtime instead. We might have still lost in OT anyway.

haha, I get it.  And see, I was also annoyed, but for me it's because I was just frustrated at how we were playing for the previous 3 hours.

That one felt like one of those games where had it gone the other way at the end, say we miss the kick and then lose in OT.  Nobody would bet happy with this game, they'd then be frustrated at how poor we played, particularly on offense.  And hell, I don't think we even played all that great on defense, it only looked that way because of the scoreboard, but the stats show differently, we just got lucky in that they made a few critical errors that cost them points.

Enjoyed the game, would hate to live in this city and can't wait to get on the plane!!

That's awesome man.  I'm out of pie or I'd give you one.

I did the tour there once in the offseason.  It was cool but there is literally nothing else there.  It's like a weird satellite of Milwaukee.

That's awesome you got to see us win.  I thought about going to this game, but I didn't want to sit on those bleachers and watch us lose.  I'm glad I was wrong.

I was at a Packers Panthers game in 2002. The Packers won, your kicker missed a game tying FG to go to OT. It was hot out that day in late September. 2 nights before that our local Highschool football team suffered their worst loss in franchise history losing 63-0. It was a crazy weekend of sports.

The most memorable game for me was the 96 NFC CG.  I remember watching it on TV as a kid and always wanted to go there someday.  The tour is cool because they take you out through the tunnel and onto the field.   In the tunnel the Packers have a commemorative thing on the wall for all the big games that have been played there.  There's one up there for that 96 game against the Panthers.

2nd place would have to be when Steve Beuerlein pulled off that QB sneak in slow motion to win in Green Bay.  That was 99 I think?

As far as living way up there… I spent time up north where you couldn’t unlock you car without spraying some stuff in the keyhole and everywhere I went had AC outlets to plug your motor in to keep it thawed out overnight.

I made a rule, anywhere you have to plug your car in because of the cold, I will not live.

I remember the Beuerleing game. We lost like 33-31. I also remember losing to you guys on MNF as Brad Hoover torched us.

Correct, the '99 game is the most memorable Panthers/Packers game ever in my book.  The '96 NFCCG is second only because of how it ended.
