I wish I could find the Phil Simms video I saw a couple days ago. He always talking about Mark Bavarro and how they came up with the back shoulder throw. I don’t think many people were doing that at the time. Maybe no one. 

Simms basically said he was always open it just was a matter of where he needed to put the ball.
