At the peak of my college track career, I was 240lbs, (am) 6' tall, could rep 225 14-15 times and had a max of 300 for a double. Never did a single rep max in any of our lifts during fitness testing.

Hang clean max was 140kg for a triple, hang ****** max was 110kg for a triple, squat max was 450lb x 2 and font squat max was around 300 x 2.

Last time I maxed (8 months ago/before I tore my ACL) my maxes looked like this:

I am 6', 190 lbs

Bench- 325 (225 would be 15+ but not completely sure because only time I would rep 225 as many times as I could was after finishing a workout.)

Squat- 465

Power Clean- 295
