Good time to focus on the trenches in this draft. At least the DL class seems kinda deep and the OL class seems decent.

Just means they informed him that he is cut if he doesnt find a trade partner. With the weak IDL state of free agency there may be a team willing to swap picks in the same round so he doesnt hit the open market. Because obviously his ass is about to be cut.

He is 30, had a decent year (average in my opinion)  and earned around $12m. 

He was decent, but the Cap savings for cutting him is over $10m.

When they structure these deals this way, they have to know what the real deal is. For him, two year deal.

I already had a DL penciled in for this draft but now it's practically guaranteed. It went from a quiet need that a lot of people were overlooking to a pretty pressing need without Robinson.

Love the look of Lee Hunter and the OSU NT McDonald. Would be nice if this team had a serious nose tackle again….

I am pretty bullish about the DTs in this draft--I could even see us taking one at 19  if the right guy falls.

I would also add that our free agency is going to make the draft much easier to predict.

The team  is really  high on  Cam Jackson too. He flashed in limited reps and is way more athletic than I thought someone his size would be. Rookie contract only pushes him to get more reps amd let Robinson  go.

Him being somebody would be a great bonus.
