I really hate the networks having a stranglehold on the league as to when the next playoff game starts. This game was announced after 1 am, less than 48 hours before the puck drops. They haven’t even given a date for game 2.

I think they needed to see how many 1st round series were going to end last night before they scheduled the start of the 2nd round.

My scheduling guess is Sat, Mon, Thu, Sat for the first 4. And I wouldn't be surprised if game 4 is an afternoon game.

Flyers looked dead at the end of the Pittsburgh series. If the team that was steamrolling in games 1-3 managed to close it out in 4 I would be more nervous but the Canes should win this in no more than 5. Flyers will probably steal one at home on the back of an incredible game from their goalie and some magic from their young up and comers but the canes should never be in real danger of losing this series.

Incredibly it’s my first time. My father was a huge fan and I grew up on him, will be emotional for me.

Two friends over from UK, one is 50 Saturday so should be fun. Watched the Braves and Hawks lose yesterday

They wanted somebody for that Saturday slot, and both games yesterday ending in 6 moved us to Saturday.

Wouldn't be surprised if it's like a Saturday, Tuesday, Thursday/Friday setup for us with the lightning Canadians going to game 7. Doubt they want us playing 2 games before the buffalo vs lightning/Canadians play game 1
