I'm not even sure they can tender him when all is said and done so we'll have to wait it out.

The only thing it shows is that they don't want to let him walk which means they have some interest in him.

True but what I said was that Moore would not be given more than a year. i didn't take into account a tender which actually makes more sense.

We don't even know if they will offer him one, we don't know if it will be real, and we don't know what interest he will get from other teams.

It just shows that our organization has some interest in him after so many people said we wouldn't.

I stayed strong through all the hate and supported the best QB on our roster the last 2 years.

I'm saying they haven't offered him anything yet, it might not be real, he might get other interest, etc so again, all this shows is interest and nothing more. DG could be wrong.

I don't think it's a good idea if he just signs it like he did last year without exploring his options.

Can honestly say I'm not that surprised on Moore. There were definite signs they'd be willing to at least take him to camp.

Moore, Clausen, and Pike should improve. Pike is the wild card. I thought he had a rag arm, but then I read some comment in an article where Scherer was trying to get the QBs to throw to an area and that was messing him up a bit. Pike missed most of OTAs, so he was overwhelmed a lot. Remember Moore's red zone rainbow passes into the endzone? Scherer's idea. He even tried it with Jake when he was here, taking some of the blame for his 18 interceptions out of the gate in 2009. We shall see.
