I don't quite understand how this guy got his conclusion. Dareus and Fairley were still major impact players despite their injuries. There are other things that can limit a player's impact as well, such as if those QB's can start right away and the position that PP plays. Unless I get a direct quote out of one of the top FO people, it's mere conjecture.
