I see beaston's point, but I'm sure he doesn't really think that professional football will just be done. Answer his question instead of ridiculing him.

They will come to an agreement because if they can't reach some kind of conclusion they will battle it out in another arena (lol, court) or restructure the organization(s) accordingly (i.e. could you see the NFLPA ending and a new one springing up?).

I'm just giving some drastic and unrealistic options; they will reach some kind of deal.
