It's really almost like the talking heads haven't watched anything other than highlight videos. Seriously, I have no idea how anyone that has seen the guy actually play multiple games would consider him a #1 pick. First rounder only because it's a down year for QBs, but #1? Really?

If I remember correctly he was considered a top 10 pick before luck decided to go back to school.

I don't think anyone seriously thought Gabbert would declare early, so he wasn't really given much thought. IIRC, it was kind of a surprise when he declared.

..actually he reminds me of that really average QB at Mizzou who couldn't come close to filling the huge shoes of Chase Daniel. Chase Daniel....Gabba was worse..like by alot.
