Gabbert is in no way better than Newton. It's not even a opinion or up for debate. There can be factors that lead him to have a better career than Newton; that can be said for anyone. Fact- As of 3/22/11 Cam has performed better than any college quarterback on the field including the "God of Football", Andrew Luck. It seems like everyone is depressed by Luck's decision and can't vision another Qb under center ever again.

I want a QB that can eventually keep up in games with Freeman, Ryan, & Brees & additionally a monster spleen rupturing DT. The latter can be found beyond the 1st this year...the big question is can the the same be said for a QB? I dunno...but dumb-name and that Cameron dude are the two options we have to work with. For whatever negatives you may feel about Gabbert, he is definitely not Clausen's twin. They're very different.

no we shouldnt take him cause for one if its true about the type of offence rob chudzinski planning on running here he dont fit cant throw deep worth a darn..point 2 he just not as talented as cam newton point blank...and look what he done in college and compare that to chase daniel chase was better in the same system. Gabbert i think is going to have the same results as chase daniel and look how his career is playing out.only chase daniel was a little better qb.than gabbert. The only real difference between the two gabbert is taller thats it.

no wrong!!!it say gabbert has talent(to be an elite qb and the first qb off the board)but question about his nfl readiness will hold him back gabbert stock has a sizeable bust factor attached to it.. but with so many teams needing qbs he will go in top 15.. it said top 15 no where did it say number 1 over all if you dont believe me check again your self....it said he wi;;.... let me repeat will . go top 15 never number 1 over to the panthers:confused::confused::confused:
