They were talking more about the pass selection, saying that Locker's script was built for easy completions.

I haven't seen the workout, but that could very easily be a valid criticism.

I like Locker, he needs consistency with his footwork and that will improve his accuracy. I'd take him late first or later.

In reality, it was a joke that I strongly considered not posting, but then said "heck with it" because I didn't expect anyone to take it that seriously.

I didn't do anything to stop other discussions (besides lock the one thread that got out of hand). You interjected the racism discussion into a thread discussing Locker and I called you out for it and now you are whining about it. Again I just warned you about it and that's it. Breathe deep and go back to being an intelligent poster.

Not whining. Just pointing out (and being a bit of a smartass, which is normal for me).

I will, however, accept that there's no need to introduce the topic into threads where it doesn't already reside.

Like I said above, I thought about it ahead of time, and afterward too. Given the choice, I probably wouldn't do it again.

I do actually put a fair amount of thought into what I should say and what I shouldn't, and have edited things out more than once for different reasons.

There is no question we should look at him, he is more athletic than Cam, has a stronger arm than any qb in the draft, has enormous upside, is an experienced starter. With this o-line we need someone who can escape the pocket.

Every thing about his skills reminds me of Jay Cutler, like an exact replica almost, except he isn't an emo bitch and has amazing leadership ability.

I would not be shocked one bit if he ends up as the best qb in the draft.

I like Locker a lot, once he concentrates on football only he'll get better. His footwork looks like a guy who got drafted by MLB, especially on his high throws. I think his upside is very good and has less work to do than some others in this draft.
