Mayock Warming to Cam Newton

Newton only ran 11% of the time when it wasn't a When i say bring some of the auburn offense i don't mean run every single down. But you have to make them think you ar capable of running at any moment. to do that he is going to have to have a few designed runs.

back to the auburn offense thing, I don't mean run a gimmick offense or option wildcat,a leggit form of the spread which he ran where he fakes, the run. Auburns offense is not the wildcat lol.

Believe it or not Auburns offense is not complicated to defend. Newton's speed won't be as big of a factor going against NFL Linebackers that run as fast if not faster than him.

Ether Newton fits into our system or we don't draft him. Simple as that.

Do you think Newton was the reason Auburn won the championship game? No. It was the Auburn Defense. Newton didn't show a lot in the championship game, he looked more like a game manager than anything. Newton is a system QB that relies on his speed and deep ball.

Yep. Mayock did make positive comments, so you can't just say Locker is dropping.

Personally, I like Locker even less than Mayock does at this point.

20/34 for 265 2td 1int 65yds rushing is a pretty good bad day for a game manager:out:
