what does this mean?

The owners didn't want forced mediation by the courts because the mediator will have power to make decisions and the owners don't want to be told what to do.

What does this mean? It means it will be forcefully resolved to BOTH sides disgust very soon. The mediator will listen to both sides and if they are refusing to budge the mediator will make a decision for them and that's that. Its been done before and this judge isn't going to screw around apparently.

I think she knows this will go on forever with the appeals if the mediation isn't forced. I think Nelson sees the BS on both sides. Hopefully they can get something done before the draft...although that could mean smitty gets traded.
