Clausen to Colts?

Colts are looking for a QB to start grooming to take Manning's place when he calls it quits, but don't like the qb's in this draft..... I feel like it could possibly be a win-win situation

What deal would you think would be good for both sides? Assuming we do take Newton or Gabbert at no. 1?
