The Huddle Mock Draft...

Here's what we are going to do...each day I will post a poll with 5-6 possible choices for the Panther's upcoming pick. We as a group will vote on who should be the pick or who we think will be the pick whichever way you wanna go. After each day I will post the results and continue on to the next Panther pick. By this time next week we should have a full mock draft off all the Panthers selections and then we can see how close we are to the actual results. So with out further adieu...

I'm only doing the Panthers picks...see how well we know our team. I will consider thoughts and opinions for prospects for the 65th pick at any time but it will really determine how this voting goes. In other words, if Netwon is the pick I wouldn't make someone like Ricky Stanzi a possibility for the 65th pick...

Also if we could sticky this it would be awesome, but not sure if it qualifies for that quite yet.

Funny thing. On yesterday's Sportsnation national poll, only 36% of the respondents agreed that the Panthers should draft Cam Newton.

(no word on how many of those were actually Panther fans)

10% of those fans think the Panthers play in Raleigh, so there's that...

I figured Cam would get be the popular vote...not to say it's a bad decision but the more I think about it the more I feel the panthers need someone who can start right now and without a second round pick it's going to be hard to find somebody because cam won't be able to.
