I believe that had walk-throughs/light practice with no pads this morning I believe. Don't quote me on it but I think that's what they did.

This morning was walk-through, with probably some serious cardio/stretching. Tonight is actual practice. Coaches yelling, etc.

Monday is the first padded practice. That's going to be exciting.
