the two names people have said for months. Tommie Harris and Leonard Davis. both are fits and needs. Harris may not be as good as he was, but he can play and Davis is a need.

The reason I lean so heavily toward Tommie Harris is that he has had a preseason, training camp, etc. And he actually looked quite good in them. He's only missed 1 week of action. He's also significantly younger than the others.

Jamal, Pat, and Brad were all cut back in March and have had no training camps or preseasons.

I like Pat, but he is the oldest defensive player in the NFL and hasn't worked out with a team in almost a year. He's not going to be in any kind of playing shape.

I agree at this point. DT can come in and play more effectively much quicker. The OL sucks, but there aren't many options out there.

Suspensions don't count unless you're on a roster.

Also, having a big bodied vet to occupy blockers would be a huge advantage since Fua can't do it yet. Pretty simple.
