LOL@people still believing Cam wants Clausen's #2. Believe it or not, Clausen doesnt have anything Cameron wants. The #1 is more iconic and coveted than #2. I believe Cam wanted it all along and allowed the "he wants to wear #2" hype to build so people wouldnt call him selfish for wanting it. There are plenty of NFL QBs who wear #2, there's only 1 that wears #1. He is not changing his number folks.

I hope so because if I buy a Cammy cam jersey and he changes to 2 that's going to be the only reason I'll ever have to be made at him

If it were me, I'd keep the 1. Of course, if it were me, I wouldn't be a part of this discussion because I would have better things to do with my life than associate with you Neanderthals! But since it isn't and I am, I think having a big ol' number 1 on his chest kind of serves notice on just what he intends to be - the best. Go Cam!

      I didn't move the goal posts. But anyone who follows football who wants to engage in a rational discussion can't argue that 10 7th round picks are equal to 10 1st rounders in value. The argument has always been we haven't spent as much on defense has we have on offense. Draft picks have value just like salary. We have not spent the same amount of draft pick salary cap on defense that we have on offense since drafting Bryce. It's not even close. Just the 2 1sts we used on Bryce, 2 overall 1sts have a value of 6000. That doesn’t even factor in DJ Moore or the 2 2nds. Bryce cost more than everything we've spent on defense in 6 damn years.

      Woukd be a great addition You know the issues from my prespective, 2 things the Panthers must do 1. Edge or pass rushers or 2 oline or 3 oline or as Andy Reid says, when in doubt, draft a lineman it is time   That oline is troubling plus a small person at QB  they   1. Can do a lot better than mayes at center, 2. and lewis has had injuries all season. 3. Moton should not have  been resigned long term, 4. corbett is a shadow and will probably be released  5 and Christianson coming off Achilles   6 and the kicker, would be Ickey’s contract if they decide to keep him INMO rookie and contracts will be needed to offset all that
