Why Not Blame Steve Smith?

I haven't bothered to count them yet, but it appears that every idiot moron Panther fan posting here has blamed at least one or two players for not winning the game.

So, in honor of all the board dopes here, I've decided to blame Steve Smith for the loss. Haven't seen his name mentioned in a negative light yet, so here goes.

I don't care that he's second in the league with 530 yards, that he leads the league with a 22 yard per catch average or that he has more catches for 20+ yards than anyone else in the league. The fact of the matter is this- in spite of all those nice catches and yards after, he simply has not gotten into the end zone.

No end zone means no score. No score means you cannot win. Don't win and you suck. Therefore, Steve Smith sucks.

The fact of the matter is that we've lost our games this season more than other teams have won them. With the exception of a run defense as exploited by this last outing, this team can compete in every single upcoming contest. In my opinion, Rivera et al are doing a fantastic job.

The level of stupid will redirect to unrealistic expectations once we start winning again. Until then, I am enjoying a much saner bandwagon.

BTW OP why blame anybody (I realize that you were being sarcastic but generally speaking). That is part of the problem. Stop looking for people to blame. We have had a pretty tough schedule. We have made mistakes in every game in every facet of the game that has caused us to lose those games.

Don't blame anyone bc we are right where we probably should be. Some of this stuff will get cleaned up and we will start winning. But this team has to have time to grow and we have to be patient.
