The Walking Dead on AMC

I admit that, just like last season, I am going to be so disappointed with the long wait. Galactica was the same way.

But remember how jaw droppingly great that first episode of this season was? I think that's why so many people were disappointed when it devolved into the whole farm/little girl thing; it was as exciting and cool example of a TV episode as I'd ever seen. We've had some great moments in the second half of the season, and bigger stories, but the walkers ambling through the highway, and the zombie in the RV (the best one of the season IMHO but the one that got Dale has got to be up there) were truly scary edge of your seat moments for me.

Looks like things are going to get crazy really fast at the farm. Sucks that after next Sunday there won't be a new episode for almost 7 months.

it does suck. I watch 2 shows. Thankfully, the other starts in April and it is even better than this one (GOT).

I thought Shane wanted Rick to kill him. He was holding his arms up and antagonizing him about being a man and a father. Why didn't Rick just shoot him? Rick has a super fast draw...we saw that in the bar. Instead he chose to stab him? Granted stabbing someone is more personal. Still don't like how Shane went out darn it.

I would think he stabbed him b/c it's no noise and no wasting ammunition...

and obviously he's going to need that bullet for the horde of zombies coming their way

    • "by name"?  You mean they are letting him say he is retiring or stepping down? That's even more embarrassing than being fired (he basically quit) and so transparently false that the media will kill him and this university.  If this happens, I may just turn full fledge to an SMU fan since I live in Dallas now. I'm just about sick of this university's approach to basketball and football.
