Got my NC Dept of Revenue bill for that Weed.

$3.50 per gram? That's insane... No wonder weed is illegal, no way government can compete with locals...

It's artificially high because they aren't really taxing an industry, it's a bullshit tax based on the way that weed is made illegal and is nothing more than a way for them to stick their dick in peoples asses.

The way I see it, if I pay taxes on it they should give it back to me. Otherwise the revenue tax makes no sense, you know, since there is no revenue to be made by me.

I actually think you may have a working point here... you didn't sell it, by virtue of the situation, they are claiming you bought it with the intent to sell it, right?

You would owe revenue/income tax on the amount you sold it for... you only "bought" it, so if anything, you only owe sales tax. Right?

Well, I'm sure they'll find a way to screw you... it's hard to say what I would do if facing time, but I think I would have fought it if I knew I did nothing wrong... not second guessing you, just saying. I know it's not an easy decision when you've got a wife and kid to think about.

I'm with you. Not so sure that I could admit to wrong doing when there had been none.

All that stuff is easy to stay.

The guy already has a record and with a jury you never know.

The prospect of 18 months probation is better than being locked up and then fuged in the butthole.

Yeah, and I'm sure that was all taken into account... I'm just saying I would have had a really hard time not contesting being accused of doing something I know I didn't do.

I'm not trying to be a tough guy and say that I would not have taken the exact same path, just saying that it would be tough for me to do so.

    • Umm yeah. When did he get it done at the right time? I seem to remember a 4-6 finish and needing Atlanta to win our way into the playoffs but whatever.
    • I mean....no lies detected. See above. We have traded a fortune to draft a guy #1 overall that people have lowered standards for to the point that not playing like Jimmy Clausen and looking like a poor man's Kyle Allen occasionally is worthy of a contract extension making him one of the highest paid QB's in the league. That is cope on steroids.
    • summary: "let's talk about your draft, what did you think about Freeling" Dan:   guys with a huge upside, can come in and compete to start.  High ceiling "he does what for your offense?" Dan:   it's hard to find left tackles, guys that big and athletic.  We have Icky coming off an injury, we signed Walker, I believe your offensive line can never be too strong.  If we're going to win the game, it's gotta be up front on both sides of the ball, so we make a point of emphasis on making both sides of the front as strong as possible. "how many mocks did you see Monro falling to you." Not many times, left tackles are gonna go a lot earlier than when we took him.  We want to add the best player, in free agency or the draft"  that's our philosophy, to get the best players possible. "Hunter and Brazzell." Dan:  we followed the board.  Lee we felt very highly of him , super strong.  Brazzel so flexible and loose, can open the verticle.  Will Lee we held in high regard. "you take a look at your receiver room, Coker, my goodness, your offensive rookie of the year in Tet.  Lost Rico, but there is Jonathan Brooks. " Brooks coming off two knee injuries, he worked his way back, looking great, fully healthy, will help in pass and run game.  Icky, not sure when he's coming back but we're excited about both "plan on extending Bryce" we'll keep talking, will keep internally.  We believe in him, has such a great grasp of Canales and offense, has improved every year. "he's clearly come back from the benching, the arrow is trending up, where does he feel" Bryce knows where we stand with him, when and if a deal gets done, he knows we feel great with him, we'll get something done at the right time. "if this a prove it situation?" everyone in the building has to prove it, has to earn it. Tmac was everything we wanted, his work ethic, he's so big and talented, but he puts the work in, and is a great teammate. "your level of expectation, the building's level of expectation for 2026 "our goal is to win the division every year, we know we have to earn it.  we have to put the work in every day, proving it on the practice field, and our  guys know that." "schedule" we haven't opened at home in 2 or 3 years.  We love prime time games, hope we get some "
