Theres no point, we don't have a shot at the playoffs. No reason to sign him when we can develop what we have and draft where we SHOULD draft at next year.

I don't know what I think about bringing him in...BUT somebody that does like him apparently is DeAngelo Williams:

Lets be honest, Kaiser was brought in because he has done well in practice as well as the fact that the coaching staff obviously didnt like any of the LB's on the market.

The NT is on the practice squad, we cant say that we are starting to build a 3-4 defense with a practice squad DT. I think its safe to say its not going to happen.

I don't think we had a choice but to put him on the roster. He had to sit out the first six games then we had 3 weeks to put on the active roster or shelve him for the season.
