Not even kidding here.

Delete all contact info. E-mail addresses, text messages, address, phone number, IM, Facebook, everything.

Don't just erase it off the phone but have it written somewhere. And don't be stupid and think that she really does want to stay friends. Leave that bitch in the rear view.

If you keep her number, the first time you are wasted and lonely/horny/sad you will text or call.

Of course this only works if he doesn't know the number by heart...

easier said than done on all the f*cking of other people ..when your heart is truly broken..it hurts..yes eventually getting out there and dating again needs to happen..but this sh*t takes time..

not saying that he needs to sit inside and become a hermit..but getting over someone that you've been involved with for 5 years definitely isn't an easy task

I know this must sound extremely ghey to some of you..so I apologize in advance for telling you to go ahead and bite me

Yeah. Can't keep any food down. Completely lost my appetite, so I'm forcing meals cause I know I need to eat. I know, I'm a fuging pussy.

She's 21 so I assume you are around the same age? Dating since you were 16? Wow. Too young for that, man.

    • Jesus my man. Save some of the ball busting for hockey hahaha
    • Don't think your comparisons are germaine. Teddy and Bryce are nothing alike. And no I am not always right  or  wrong but the difference is I let the experts inform me and follow those who do know. And after all the constant wrong takes you go on and on about just like this one, I don't feel like we are kindred souls or like minded. I will be glad to compare my takes versus yours anytime.  And have no clue what you are talking about regarding stern lectures. But I can see around here if you take a constant negative approach to everything you get a lot of support and given our track record you may be right about some things. I don't live my life that way nor do I constant like to complain like you.
    • Never, and it doesn't have to be an old grizzled vet, sometimes a vet can learn something from a young player too.   Do you not see players talking to each other between plays, quarters, on the bench, wherever, in EVERY sport? It's what players do, especially the great ones, they're always working on their craft and learning tips from others to better themselves.   So when your entire receiving room outside of one player, who has mostly played special teams in his career, has played 1 season or less in the NFL, it's not a lot of experience there in the locker room and on the sideline and is a tad concerning in regards to the proper growth of all these young WRs with great potential.
