Where does Cam rank already on the all-time Panthers list?

that's a tough one. i hate to bump him above guys who put in their time and sweat and blood for season after season but the fact that he's even in the conversation for GROAT says multitudes.

i don't think he edges out Mills, Greene, Smith, Delhomme, or Peppers even, and those guys are just off the top of my head.

wait til a playoff game or two.

He needs to be on a winning team and be around for more than a year. Gotta have the staying power no matter how great his start is. It's extremely likely he will have staying power, but it's just not right to put him in the same area Panther legends.

Right now he's just like a great new restaurant in town.

Jake delhomme gave us good times but even during those good times he couldn't get past the first read and just hucked it up to smith and moose, that being said his 2 min drill was beast and his td to Dante against SD opening day may be one of my fav sports moments. But come on.....Cam makes him look like a full retard

Best rookie we have ever had and drafted by far, that is for sure. He is going in the direction of one the best Panthers at a very fast rate...they'll say he now has to prove he isn't a fluke or won't have a slump to be great. I have no doubt he will.

    • Taking only players from the sheet that are realistically available in or after the listed round, I’d like… 1st: DT Caleb Banks (Styles not realistic) 2nd: LB Jacob Rodriguez 3rd: OT Best available from Bowry, Barber, and Casey 4th: CB Daylen Everette 5th: S Jalen Huskey 6th: RB Adam Randall 7th: IOL Best available from Lemieux, Dawkins, Leausa, and Brose   I know nothing about some of the players listed, but it seems like that would be the best way it could fall for now. I’m sure the list of who we meet will change a ton, and there will also be players we don’t meet with to keep quiet. I’d love to pick up Randall in the late rounds.
    • Not what I said. They know within the building why we aren't utilizing TEs more. If the rumors were true that we were seriously pursuing a couple of decent receiving TEs that strongly points toward a lack of quality receiving TEs currently on the roster. Does that mean we consider drafting one at 19? I don't know, but it wouldn't shock me and if we did there's only one guy it would be. I wouldn't be surprised at all to see TE drafting somewhere in the first three rounds.
    • Yeah, I don’t know. Tepper was behind the Bryce selection. Behind firings and hiring over his lack of development.  He doesn’t have to literally tell them their hands are tied for them to know this. It is in the air constantly. The Canales Bryce play calling was even portrayed by more than one person as Canales failing Bryce, instead of Bryce being responsible for his own performance (except when he does well, then it is all him). Now they have an extra coach in, to help the new OC get results from this QB.  The atmosphere is not welcoming to prototypical young QBs that have talent. You get Jake Plummer types or old vets. I think we are stuck.
