Cam is still nowhere near as fast/quick as Vick.

However, Cam is the QB that everyone wanted Vick to be....a true dual threat that can destroy you with his arm or his legs.

I think Newton is near his speed, but yes Vick is still faster. Thankfully Newton's size helps make up for the speed difference, being able to drag DBs across the goal line:p

Cam Newton has an average arm strength and terrible accuracy. He has poor pocket footwork and is inconsistent in his throwing motion.

He is a great athlete but isn’t in the same league as Michael Vick in his speed or quickness. He can’t even measure up to Pryor on speed & quickness.

If Cam Newton is a starting QB in 5 years I will give everyone on this comment page 100 dollars.
