Since our AFC division is the west process of elimination would state Giants considering we cannot be playing the Jets since they are in the AFC north, duh

lol this fine young male negged me for not knowing we only play AFC West next season. What are you 12?

tampa bay should be two automatic wins

denver, kansas city, san diego, oakland, chicago, seattle... none of these teams scare me

that's 8 games right there that are very winnable

nfc east won't be a pushover but I don't see them as some unbeatable powerhouse either

atlanta isn't all that tough either, they're definitely beatable

the only really elite team i see on there is NO

it looks like a good setup to make a run at the playoffs/winning record. if we fall short they'll be nobody to blame but ourselves

    • Yuck.  I still kind of like Herbert but these playoff performances are rough....
    • I feel like this was the case with River and McDermott defenses as well, we just had the jimmies and the joes to overcome these deficiencies with all pro players at edge and linebacker positions.  Even then, was extremely frustrated in 2015 when we'd let team come back from 20+ pt deficits playing prevent only to barely win at the end.
    • We need to move on soon and just use Bryce as a bridge to find our next guy. I'd like to see how this offense works with Canales hand picking his own guy. Bryce holds this offense back a lot considering you draft the first pick to carry your team and be your best player. We invested heavily for Bryce and need everything to go right just to have him look like a solid game manager sometimes. When he plays well he can look decent or mid, but when he plays bad he looks like a bottom 5 qb in league (backups included). It's not worth it, especially if we need to pay him soon, which means we have to skimp all over the roster. If the defenses don't hand it to us on a silver platter Atlanta style then we struggle big time. Defenses don't respect the offense at all. With Cam we could have the worst offensive talent and I'd still think we had a shot in any game we played. If Bryce is facing a 3rd and 10 I pretty much wave the white flag and don't think we can make that first down.
