So Now Rg3 Is Selfish Too ...?

Two scouts expressed to the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel that they have concerns with Baylor QB Robert Griffin III's attitude.

"He's got a little bit of a selfish streak," said one scout. "Everybody was laying on Cam, but for some reason this guy has become gloves-off. He doesn't treat anybody good." Another scout "questioned the way Griffin deals with people," perhaps referencing RG3's refusal to conduct pre-draft private workouts. We wouldn't read into these opinions. We just found them interesting.

Who doesn't have a mean streak of some sort in them??? Since when did the NFL become a Monestary.

IMO, the only thing that has saved RGIII from becoming Cam Newton II is because of how badly the media went in on Cam during the draft last season. Also, the media got the choosen QB well secure at the #1 spot on the draftboard and RG III isn't threaten at all.

At this stage in the game, what is the point of saying this?

bears repeating. the question itself is borderline rhetorical, but investigating possible answers will reveal more than actually pondering whether he is or is not selfish, and whether or not it matters one bit if he is.

    • When we have everyone playing like they should, we can win the Cup. That has been the biggest problem when we get to the playoffs, but this year seems to be fixed mostly. We could have had multiple if we had done this in the past.
    • Here we go Bryce Stan’s you should love this. Hell it may be one of you.  It has every cliche excuse and then some.  Unintentionally hilarious my limit was reached when he said Bryce had it hard because four play callers.
    • Luke goes in to the specifics of what he looked to accomplish in joint practices.  Basically they may work with someone on the opposing team to stress something they feel is a weakness in their own game in a different way that can be done with someone they are familiar with. That they can have predetermined stresses but since neither wants to get injured and it has absolutely no bearing on anything there is not the level of concern that would be in a preseason game.  He would also even chat with opposing OC.   It seems like an interesting nuance among the vets and savy pros.
