Wells Fargo Championship (Quail Hollow)

poo... I wish. I don't have the connections for that man.

We all do!

I don't think people realize how exclusive and prestigious this tourney is. One of my best friends is a golf nut and he told me that a lot of players refer to it as the fifth major.

I think it is highly regarded by the players, idk about a "fifth major"... it is up there with tournaments like The Players though for a "non major" tournament.

I've been to Augusta National six times, and I am impressed that Quail Hollow is almost to that level as far as the quality of the course.

Hey Biscuit I just got a hold of a ticket for tomorrow!

where are u gonna be at again

It's gonna be hot as balls tomorrow

PS: Listening to WFNZ right now with ESPN's Tom Rinaldi coming on for an interview with Taylor and Rinaldi just said that "Quail Hollow has quickly become the standard for non majors."

Phil's tee shot on 9. Such a cool guy, he and Bones were chatting it up with everyone while they waited to tee off.

Below is our boy John Fox hitting out of the shyt on 11. I was camped at the 11th fairway most of the day. When Fox was walking to his ball in the pine needles and leaves, he said to fans "what am I supposed to do with this?" to which a drunk fan replied "hey, it is what it is, right coach?" Classic. Foxy laughed at it. And yes, he was decked out in the Broncos gear.

I am not a golfer but I have friends that are, and every year right about now people tell me that if they would have known I wanted to go they would have gotten me a ticket. It's like racing to me, not a big fan of the sport but the people watching and getting out on a nice day sounds good.

The pro-an is really cool. Buddy of mine in our office got to play with Lee Westwood yesterday. They were sneaking beers from his wife by the time the made the turn.
