If Davis And Beason Miraculously Come Back Healthy

Recommended Posts

Anyone who thinks Anderson is better then a Healthy Davis is just sad............

If 100% healthy pending the scheme....Davis might be better than Beason. (Tampa 2)

Davis is a sad story. What could of been....injury and position changes will allow us to always wonder.

True and him being 100% would be 1 in a million. Still if anyone can fix him its Dr. Andrews, someone who he should have gone to in the first place.

It just occurred to me that Beason would destroy Kuechly in a fight.

Just a general rule

Never judge a book by its cover when it comes to fighting...

Royce Gracie, Fedor, random dudes in life....not all BMFs look the part

Although they both have that 1000 yard stare, especially Fedor, it oddly seems chilling at times and calming at others.

Then theres guys that are just plain batshit crazy like this dude.

Here's the problem with Davis...penciling him in as a starter takes reps from the guy who will have to start when Davis inevitably goes down.

It just makes no sense to continue to view him as a starter.

A healthy Thomas Dais is probably our best LB. So Anderson would be the odd man out. The problem comes when people do not believe what Rivera says. He claimed to want 6-7 LBs to rotate and play different schemes. So no one spot is taken. Everyone will play everywhere. After that, it will sort itself out. The object is to put the best 11 on the field for every play. Irregardless of who plays where.

Also. Rivera is going to blow our minds with what he is willing to try. As I see it. He has 4 DTs he has faith in. He has 5 LBs he can trust. He is going to go LBer crazy. Hell, I can see all 5 Lbs on the field at once. So let the battles begin.

Rivera playing Defensive master mind. My giddy just shivered.

Anderson or Kuechly

I think kuechly starts no matter what. That would then leave Anderson coming off the bench. Anderson is entering his 7th season this year and would not be affected by taking less reps. If Davis is healthy he is a much better player than Anderson.

    • I’ve rarely ever been more sure of anything than losing out — but how can anyone say with a straight face “Bryce hasn’t improved, but Canales has and he’s masks his flaws”. You have to be so out of touch with reality to put one way above the other when discussing those two.
    • Last night was the classic example of a visiting team just holding on through the wave of emotion a home team has at the start of a big time game. Bama’s first two kickoff returns really set them back as far as playcalling and allowed OU to dictate field position. The emotion of the home crowd fed into what OU was doing at that point, and it felt like Bama would not be able to overcome that.     Once the kickoff returner was told to fair catch every kick, the game shifted, as Bama wasn’t starting each drive inside their own 15. It was then that Bama was able to make some plays, outscoring OU 34-7 the rest of the way.  I think the last 3/4 of the game proves Bama was the better team. OU was just able to ride the initial wave of emotion to a big lead, but Bama held on just enough.  However, had OU blocked the punt on Bama’s second drive and scored a TD (vice a FG on the ensuing drive), things likely would have been different.  Anyway, Roll Tide!
