Shoulder injuries are the freaking worst, hope it heals for you sooner rather than later

Between all the regular posters I think we may have 7 healthy shoulders. I don't even know how I hurt mine.

Anyone use a fitness tracker? I've been tempted to see how much the weather hurts my running. I've never bothered to keep time as I enjoy how peaceful it is. But I was challenged to see if I could match my old 3 mile run time

My shoulder has been bum for about 4 years. Also I have been a sick fat sack of crap since Christmas day. Time to get back at it this evening. Can't wait to walk in to 200 new members

With flu season and all... I think I'll do way more cardio.. What workout is the best?  Insanity or P90X?

I prefer Insanity especially if you're looking for cardio.

Insanity is infinitely better for cardio. The only equipment you need is a good pair of shoes and maybe a mat to soak up your sweat.

My husband started Creatine Monohydrate or whatever it's called yesterday. He also went out and bought 57 lb dumbbells.

More muscles! YAY!

57lb?  That's a weird weight.  Creatine Mono is a pretty good, I'm taking it during my workouts.  If I stop taking it my weight drops 10lbs within a week.  It holds lots of water in.

He bought the ones where you can add more weight to them. The bar itself is 7 lbs.

    • Irony yes you could say that as long as there is no intent to claim that because he left we all of a sudden got so bad we are losing all the time. Which it seems like you might be trying to imply.  Did we lose something? Yes we did. Was it worth 5 years at 28 mil per? Not to my thinking.

    • First: What do you think the word ‘scapegoating’ means? Because what I said was not scapegoating.  They are two different players playing two different roles.  I simply said two things about Burns, if I recall. One, basically he is a one dimensional player that is doing well because they have a very strong front in NY.  Two, I was against paying his price because he is a liability against the run. One dimensional and therefore not worth it.  Summing it up: he e is a pass rush specialist, about all I have ever felt about him, and his financial demands made him much less of a value.  IMO.
