The kid does look like him, and his throwing style looks very much like Cam's (except for the off-hand holding on too long) but the cars make it obvious that it's more recent.

How pathetic is this parent to make his kid pretend to be Cam Newton and record it? SMH... It's one thing if the kid is out in his yard playing and is doing it himself, but this is taking it to a whole new level.
