Little talk of the HUGE screen TD pass to Turner

That was huge.....and obvious pass interference by Tony G to set it up....

Hometown and HOF player no call.

The more I look at this game, the more it is obvious the better team on Sunday didn't get the win. But if they play like this from here on out.....we shouldn't lose many

I agree. But the 24 hour rule is past. Time for the winning streak to start. First up, Seattle.

The personal foul on Godfrey was BS as well. That was textbook tackling. Oh and Phillips was in the game on that screen play and he totally missed Turner, which was his man. The effort by Gamble on that play was mind blowing. I'm talking benched at the end of '10 type of disappointment.

Yup they just talked about that to Rivera on Moving the Chains(he response was No Comment pretty much).

As for moving forward; consistency is the key. We have been too up and down so far and in order to win many games you can't be laying eggs one week and playing awesome the next. I hope them play the way they are capable the rest of the way.

Haruki missed the would-be td saving tackle.

Expecting Nakamura to make a td saving tackle is the problem. I work with a former Panthers safety (not going to tell you which one, because the football team I work for monitors my web access closely) and we were talking today about the last few weeks. He straight up said that Nakamura cannot start in this league. Free Safety's need to have a center field type of mentality where they always know where the ball is going to drop, then the football aspect comes into the scenario where the safety has to go up and intercept or knock down the ball at its highest point.

    • Looking like it might be game 7 for Pitt and Phi. Philly is spent. I like more rest for the canes
    • Moton is the man through and through. 2 things I'll always give Gettleman credit for, 1 is drafting Moton, the other is building a SB contending roster and blowing it up in one off-season
    • Kurb is still alive and well.  I’m still friends with him on all of the social media.  He truly is a great man!  That’s my bro!  He always looked out for me since the early days of the huddle.  It definitely makes me sad that he just quit posting here, but that’s life.  He still shares his takes on social media and X, but a lot of the huddle vets just grew tired of this format and the environment, I guess?  It’s a lot of guys that were valuable contributors here that just stopped posting but are still alive and passionate Panthers fans.  Blindsite used to post huge write-ups and was a well-respected poster and then just disappeared.  We had one of these type threads several years ago and he checked back in and explained he just lost the motivation to stay active here.  It was amazing hearing from him again…   I signed up in 04 after coming over from the Charlotte.com boards and been here ever since.  (For those that don’t know - this is Proudiddy - had to change the name very recently due to ‘ol tootsie roll penis and the bad press 😂).  I’m forever thankful for all of you, even those who I haven’t had the greatest history with, I still appreciate yall.  Many have come and gone, both figuratively and literally, and that has put a lot into perspective over the years.  I went from a young, newly married, wide-eyed twenty year-old guy with a baby on the way, to a now forty-two year-old guy, recently divorced and newly re-married guy with my oldest baby now an adult and 5 more kids since.  And what ride it has been!  You guys have been a much bigger part of my life than I really care to acknowledge.😂
