I wouldn't throw that quick slant to #89 this week off of that read option fake. We ran it at least twice against Dallas, and Peppers will be right in that lane to pick it off.

Sadly, I predict the score to be something along the lines of 24-6, 27-7, 23-3.

I really can't see our offense moving the ball down the field more than 1 or 2 times. Brandon Marshall and Forte are going to go wild and Alshon will probably have a career day.

Hopefully we limit the read option and run the fugin football properly, try to get some play action going. Also we should be calling a lot of underneath stuff. Olsen should have a big game.

No one on D matches up with Marshall. Not only is he physical but he's a great route runner with good speed and hands. Add that to his chemistry with Cutler and that gives you a 100+ yard game IMO. To counter this, we have to get pressure on Cutler. They have an average (but improving) O-Line and if we get the kind of pressure like in the ATL game we have a chance. If we can contain the run and get off the field on 3rd downs, it could very well be a close game.

Alshon will probably have a career day

Pretty sure Alshon is still going to be out, he is recovering from a broken hand.

I don't see this one being as much of a runaway. The bears don't have a very good pass blocking o-line, cutler is banged up, and Smitty has had some monster games against the Bears since they tend to single cover him. The unknown IMO is how the players respond to the turmoil surrounding the Hurney firing this week, but otherwise, I think it's going to be a good game.
