The 89 million dollar RB committee

Something needs to be done about our backfield its pathetic, I liked how we seen more Stew today. Stew, Tolbert and a legit 3rd RB would be best, and soon. As I sit here in my $150 D Will jersey, let em go help the Pack out or something. We need that money for a RECEIVER (Greg Jennings? Trade for a guy and get his contracted extended before trade goes through?) Im sorry, but were a reciever and a good draft on D away from being elite.

I don't think we need a receiver actually. I'd go

1) OL

2) DT

3) CB

I'm no Hurney though

Williams isn't tradable though with his age and contract....

Even if he had a small contract they would laugh at us suggesting a trade for Jennings.

S is a HUGE need.

Smith ain't going to be good enough at 34 and 35 to play with the likes of Murphy.....

I get Smith has an emotional attachment here.....but if you compare the current Smith to a young gun like AJ Green. it isn't a comparison.

OK that's fair. We need to phase him out eventually.

But you agree Brandon Lafell has looked pretty good? Made several really good catches today. (Last year we were posting pictures of his tiny hands. Not sure if he is an AJ green but I think he is a long term guy.

I like LaFell.....but he is a role player. A 34-35 yr old Smith needs more help than that (and our QB).

Really wondering about Smith....it isn't like Cam isn't looking his way every snap practically. I think he is just slowing down. Which Realistically, he should be. He hasn't impressed this year. I don't think vertically he is even what he was last year. He has some yardage but also is getting some late yards. He definitely has a place here...but he needs to be transitioned soon into a #2 role and his replacement isn't even on this roster yet.

Im concerned about Amini...is this dude gonna blow or is he gonna be a superstar? OL def is a huge need, Cowboys collapsed our line at will almost. At CB I thought Norman did a good job, considering. Our corners for the most part kept them in check barring a couple long ones. Josh Thomas played decent, not great but decent.

OK.

Amini made some penalty that I thought was terrible today but now I can't remember what is was. Maybe it was a generic holding. I had to look in the program to remember who #61 was

Josh got burned on the one TD play right in front of me. I really haven't paid much attention to him but man he walked back the the huddle like he was in tears after giving up that play. He was on PAT duty.

The huddle is filled with idiots who day after day after day could not help but post about how they wanted Stewart here, had to have Stewart, Stewart wasn't going anywere. All the while unhooking their brain to the fact that last year, the team became Cams team and the running game would not be the main focus. Fox Ball left town.

To my surprise and disgust, we signed Stewart anyway. Now, just now, the morons on this board are complaining that we don't use our RB's enough. Idiocy rules not only with Panther management, but here for sure on the huddle.
