Anybody else excited about 007 Skyfall?

It comes out this coming weekend. Reviews say it is one of the best bond films in the history of the franchise. A lot of classic elements brought back and that it actually feels like a bond film instead of a Bourne movie.

The first 007 movie I ever saw was Live and Let Die. saw it the week it came out on the big screen- every one since has failed to live up to that one in my opinion - there is such a thing as too much action and too little actual intrigue and that is the case in the latest bond films.

I'm intrigued. Not to the point of seeing it in theaters but I'll more than likely snag the DVD once it releases. Still prefer Pierce Brosnan to Daniel Craig.

Can't say for sure. There's been remarkably little fanfare, and I've heard remarkably little about it for being a new Bond film. However, the one thing I have consistently heard from the early reviewers is that it will fugging melt your mind with its awesomeness.

As an old school Connery fan Ive been horribly disappointed in the actors who have taken the role since Sir Sean stepped away. That is until Craig. Dude is the most badassed Bond yet. He clearly isnt as suave as Connery and isnt on his level with the Lady-killer aspects but dude is such a total badass that he more than makes up for it.
