I feel you bro, I really do. I used to love coming in here, finding a variety of topics about all aspects of the team. Now its borderline mind numbing. I love we have Cam, I really do, I love sporting his jersey and love thinking we actually have a future at the QB position, something I haven't felt since day 1. but your not going to change the board, how many fans you think are here for the Panthers after their records latley? I would guess less than 50%. That means more than half this fanbase is a Cam fanbase.

Do I care? No not really, I love more popel cheering on my team. What is anooying though is teh fact these fans expect too much of Cam and don't realize this isn't college and it will take a team to win. What is annoying is the fact that if Cam ever leaves, most the fanbase will too. It sucks you can't critisize Cam without being a hater, but I'd rather be labeled a hater than a fan of only Cam, because I am a fan of the Panthers.

But whatever, you have to get over it, I like to just make smartass comments and move on.

Should they rename Washington the RG3's?

Cam has much more followers with aarongant expectations. Much more, since he almost single handedly won it aall in college by himself.

But I get your comparison and it makes sense.

I think once we start winning, and the only way to do so is to have a good team playing together, people will stop singling out Cam and more discussion of the team will surface. Not absolute, but it will help. It may even convert some of these Cam fans to Panther fans, that would be fuging awesome IMO.

      The same folks crying about the OL right now were crying about it in 2023 too. We have tied up over 100 million dollars in two interior olinemen alone. We've invested multiple first and second round picks in the offense. We hired an offensive minded head coach. This is an offensive team. The offense needs to produce or people need to be replaced.

      This is the same place that has ridiculed and blasted Caleb Williams at every opportunity he has his team sitting at 10-4 in the same NFC that the Panthers are competing in. And their division in the NFC North is as or more competitive as our division. Yet from the same people who have very high standards for Williams we get every excuse imaginable for the smallest starting QB in the league even when he and his team continue to disappoint when the pressure is on. You lot aren't any less inconsistent than anyone else.

      The Panthers are 9th in cap spent on offense this year.  However next season is already a different story  The Panthers as it stands right now will be 18th in cap spent on offense and 8th in cap spent on defense  The Panthers are currently set to spend more on defense next year than they are on offense this season Guys like Jaycee and Moehrig cap numbers take a big jump. Wharton has a massive cap hit   Jaycee Moehrig and Wharton in 2025 The same 3 in 2026 So this same defense as it stands right now will cost more in 2026 than this offense does right now… Got anything else you want to try?
