Fug. Even if it was for a year, Hue wanted the damn job. Typical Panthers move, which will probably yield the typical W/L record next season. Preparing myself for a poor start next year, and a late run that gets us to 7-9 or 8-8.

I don't know that I was "on the wagon" so much as just it was what I was pretty sure was going to happen and I could understand the logic behind it.

Seeing decisions like this is enough to make me wonder if it was the right choice.

he's been fine with cam...but he hasn't been calling the plays.

i've got no faith in him being able to do it. got no reason for it. apparently there hasn't been a team willing to even consider it since his tampa fiasco. wanna know why? because their main goal wasn't "continuity". they were actually intent on trying to make things better.

All I can assume is Rivera made this decision in the same way he made game day decisions...timidly. He didn't want to have any kind of threat to him on the staff.

I sure hope Gettleman and JR understand what a slap in the face this is to their customers, and I hope those customers find a way to let them know that.
