Do you think teams thats at the top half of the league would hire Mike Shula as their OC?

Anyone who wanted Rivera back should have been prepared for him to promote Shula. After all, Cam really rallied and played better the second half of the season, right? And Bill Bellichick was awful early in his career, then great, so therefore Shula will be too, right?

Name all of the OC in the NFL by name if you think there are none, no one has heard of. There are some plennty of movement like this on other teams, we just dont notice cause its not our team. Be honest how many of you even cared what coaches went were when we were not looking. I mean you would look at the big name guys and glaze over everyother move. Thats not to say i approve of this move and that i would not have been happy with someone else. I just think we need to realize we are not the only ones who like to promote from with in. the grass is always greener on the otherside, so the guy promoted by the other teams seams better than our guy, its just a brain game we play on ourselves. Just like when we think we are drafting a WR we think the draft is juust not as good at the top as it was last year. its our fear of picking a bad one that drives this. anyway, this is not a shula will rule post, just a reminder we have a biast opinion. relax and watch it unfold, we will no soon enough how this pans out, and be prepared for fire shula no matter if we win or loose.

Its Revera's job to lose and he knows if he starts out like last year he is toast. If that happens, look for all the coaches to be fired.

Gettleman and Richardson will be desperate and throw the bank at the biggest name out there. Its a win win because either we will have a playoff team or we will get that big name coach.

i don't think he'd have a job in the NFL if his last name wasn't shula.

There is no doubt about this. WHen fired from Tampa, the only place that would hire him was guess who? Yeah, the Miami Dolphins as a QB coach.

QB coach is the only position he has done well.

he's easily forgettable except to those teams he used to coach and are relieved he's gone.

lacanfora couldn't even think of his name when he tried sounding like he knew what was going on here...he called him david and then corrected himself by calling him mark.

You are right. This organization continues to be 3 steps behind the rest of the NFL.
