Scott Pioli and Mike Tannenbaum both do top 10 mock

Both were GM"s in the league early last month so they must know a little something.

Things that were interesting both had the first 3 picks going

1.Cheifs-Joeckel

2.Jags- Dee Milliner

3.Raiders- Floyd

There may have been a couple others(don't have time to go back and watch videos) that were the same but one that stood out was they both had Cordaralle Patterson at 9 to the Jets.

Here's Pioli's

Here's Tannenbaums

One caveat, both said its impossible to do a mock right now without free agency having occurred.

Of course that goes without saying.

Things I found interesting was their top 3 being identical.

Then these 3 both were consensus top 10 picks for each guys.

Cordarelle Patterson

Warmack

Vaccaro

If Star drops out of the top 10 I would hope we seriously consider moving up to get him, he would give us a DOMINATE front seven which would take the pressure off the back end.

not that I would agree with this but,

if he is that dominate of a player................. why wait until he falls past #10?

    • well i could go on & on but i will just highlight it by saying big difference trust me from the SEC & NFL.it's honestly like comparing apples & oranges especially when you are talking about a  LT. in the NFL you are going up against the most athletic freaks of nature the world has to offer . .the NFL also has much more exotic & complicated defensive schemes than what they are used to seeing at Georgis &  finally but most importantly you have to learn how to master complex bio mechanics where the body kick steps instantly as a reaction to these world class athletes rush without really making a conscious effort it's more of a learned muscle memory  & it can take thousands upon thousands of reps to master rproper technique for a LT in the NFL especially if you are still very raw like Monroe Freeling is    ...just saying
    • All that being the case or maybe being the case, we do not know Wharton’s timetable n the first place. They are being coy about it. Or maybe not. They say week to week the board says he is terminal lol and must be replaced. Who knows? It may or may not warrant a fairly drastic solution.  Walker is a bargain and we are not well stocked at OL despite recent investments. Freeling has yet to have a single padded practice. Too much speculation driving this plan IMO.
    • I would really love to know who’s actually making these moves because it’s weirdly vague who’s doing the hiring and firing.
