Why would you give up a high 1st rounder AND a high 2nd rounder AND give a massive contract to a guy coming off a major injury when you could have just signed Sean Smith for around $6 million per year and kept your draft picks. Who knows how Revis is going to look coming back from that injury, giving up two high picks and truckload of money is taking a HUGE risk. It's not like the Bucs are one piece away from a championship or anything either, really makes no sense for them.

revis, goldson and barron.. that is a pretty daggone good secondary.. but i wouldnt be scared at all. were still a better team IMO
