....Just for a day. Whats our next move to better the team and be relevant? What do you think has to happen? Who should be cut and what area do we need to improve on according to importance?

I say bye to Gross and Beast needs to restructure, of course we need money. Spend that money on O or Dline and get younger. I'm still on the fence with what to do with Dwill and I don't think we can put off getting a WR to replace Smitie much longer....

I am one who thinks Gross is not the key because I doubt he changes much if anything. Expect us to draft a LT in the later rounds, however, to groom as a possible LT in 2014. If Gross does nothing, this is his last year.

Gettlemen is looking for a RG right now, and if one comes available, he will make a few cuts.

On the block:

Armanti

GWilliams

Hangartner

That gives us another $3 million. Gettlemen will find a RG--Boothe is problably his top choice. If nobody redoes their contracts, then I would assume DW will become a June 1 cut in order to sign the draft picks.

Sign Kevin Boothe(one year)

Sign Sean Locklear or Jammal Brown(one year)-for leverage

End of FA signings till draft.

Draft-

1st-(order of preference) Star, Lane Johnson, Warmack, Milliner, Floyd, Rhodes

2nd-Da'rick Rogers WR

4th-Robert Lester S

5th-Dustin Hopkins K

6th-Quanterus Smith DE-the guy we should not leave the draft without

After the Draft, ultimatums will be handed out. Dwill signs a new cheaper contract or walks, unless he can be traded in the middle of the Draft. With Locklear/Brown and possibly Johnson, Gross is informed of the new day and takes a paycut or walks! Both Dwill and JStew will be approached about being paid properly, which ever refuses before the deadline will be given walking papers for June 1st cut.

That is how you get Cam hurt, ask him to pass behind a weak OL....he already got banged up last year.

...Cam was consistanly flushed right and everyone thinks the right side is weak because of this. Cam doesnt feel confident in the protection on the left side so he naturally will go right to bail out...

      Wanting that type of play and being okay with paying $55 million a season for it are two entirely different things. If Bryce were to become the same player Purdy has been, then he would surpass my expectations of him and I'd be okay with him as our QB of the future (and again, I've long been one of the bigger anti Bryce people here who doesn't think he is capable of being our long term solution). But in no world would I be okay with paying him THAT kind of money, paying an average starter elite money is just a terrible decision.

      I don't think they can overcome that mistake. Hell Lance was a hiccup compared to this. He isn't going to be able to carry that price tag and now he is going to have to do just that. Lol. The NFL is so dumb sometimes.

      So, one could say that T-Mac is quicker than someone of his size should be and while he might not be quite as fast as Evans in the 40, he's more athletic than Evans. If only someone, anyone, could have seen that in his tape and mentioned that on here, hmmmmmmm In all seriousness, hearing he tested in the 89th percentile in that drill at his size is crazy impressive.  Just tried to look up the times of the top WRs in the league right now, most don't show at time for that, but I did see Chase ran his in 7 seconds flat. I honestly don't know how true this is, but I do remember seeing one breakdown of his tape and the person said he has quiet and efficient feet.  That he's really good at using the minimal steps possible to make his cuts and because of that, it actually makes him look slower to the human eye because you don't see all the quick chop steps that the guys like Tyreek would use in their running. I'm still in a state of disbelief that he's a Panther and it might not fully hit me until week 1 and I see him out there making plays for us, still feels like Goodell is going to just be like, "YOU GOT PUNKED!!!  hahaha, he's a Cowboy now, suck it"
