It looks great. It also looks a lot like a CoD game. Graphically superior, yes. But this "realism" you guys claim to tout it has doesn't seem to be overly present in this demonstration.

"GUY! LEAN OUT THAT WINDOW WHILE YOU'RE DRIVING AND ONE HIT KO THAT GUNSHIP WITH YOUR GRENADE LAUNCHER!"

Could easily be replaced with

"RAMIREZ! LEAN OUT THAT WINDOW WHILE YOU'RE DRIVING AND ONE HIT KO THAT GUNSHIP WITH YOUR GRENADE LAUNCHER!"

Once again, it looks amazing. But it also looks more and more like people who tout Battlefield as some beacon of realism and grittiness are nothing but entertainment hipsters who get their Internet jollies by letting everyone know how not main stream they are (by playing a wildly popular A-list title)

Isn't this the same exact thing extremist CoD supporters do? FWIW I've played both for years (own every CoD except for MW3), and I can't even play CoD after Battlefield 3. There's no comparison. The scale of the game, the vehicles, the gun play, everything is better on BF3. That's not to say CoD isn't good for what it is, because it is. But if you want a shooter that takes teamwork, patience, and strategy to be successful at then Battlefield 3 is A LOT closer to accomplishing that then CoD....
